Who's On the Air Database (WOTA) is a great solution! Find out who is on the air, the band and frequency they are operating on, and their location by Country, State, County, Grid, Lat/Long.

Here are just a few of the many ways that you can use WOTA:

- You need country, county, or grid "X". Simply query WOTA to see who is on from that location and where they are operating.

- You haven't caught up with your friend ___ in a while. Check WOTA to see if he is on the air and where he/she is operating.

- You have a schedule, but the frequency you planned to use is occupied. Check WOTA to see where the station you planned to work is listening, or use WOTA to send a message directly to him to arrange a new frequency.

- Is 10 meters really dead? Query the database for a list of who is on the band and where they are listening/operating.

Now you can know where they are, and you can go get that elusive contact.
